We know dictating is time-consuming, and a physician can easily get distracted while dictating and say something he or she did not mean. While with other services you may get exactly what you say, even if it is obviously an error, at ScribeRight we will take the extra time to research terms, drug dosages, and provider names, so that we can help produce the most accurate document for you. Your reports will be ready for e-signing within 24 hours of upload, but a 15- to 18-hour turnaround time is more typical. Turnaround time can be tracked for each individual report and as an overall average, so you can see that we are delivering on your expectations. We also provide excellent client support, with full-time and even after-hours help desk personnel available to you. We have on-site IT support to assist you. The technology we provide you is a smorgasbord of options. You can choose to use only a couple of necessary services, like e-signing and searching, or you can access the full gamut of functions, like audit trails, invoice tracking, referral databases, and batch print reports. Our clients find the system easy to learn and easy to use, with virtually no down time. Our system also integrates well with many types of electronic medical records. A word on pricing: One of the first questions we are always asked is how much our service costs. Unfortunately, we can’t give a blanket price because there are multiple factors involved. Since we don’t charge extra for software, training, or most client support, it is important that our line rate be an accurate reflection of our costs plus a reasonable profit margin. What we can tell you is that you will get a very good value for your money, as you will find our quality, service and technology all top notch. Just as a construction contractor would not give you a bid until he has had a chance to measure up the job, we cannot give a line rate until we know some things about you and your needs. For example: What types of dictation do you do? What are your turnaround time needs? Do you use templates/normals? How complex, difficult or customized are your formats? What kind of volume would you be doing? Would you need 24-hour support? We charge a per-line rate based on a 65-character line. Margins, font size and format are chosen by the client and have no bearing on line count.
